Multi-region support

The trainer wraps up the standalone setup.

1. The trainer clicks Action, then picks "clone to another server".
   
2. Choose the server delegates needed to keep the connection speedy.
3. Head back to course Desktops and select "clone from standalone" to duplicate the right servers.
   
4. Delegates can then rely on DaDesktop (Virtual Machine) based on the fastest link from their own locations.
