Pricing
When it comes to paying for DaDesktop, you have four options:
- Public cloud (starting from 3 EUR/day)
- Private server (starting from 10 EUR/day)
- Reseller or volume purchasing (as low as 0.1 EUR/day)
-
On premise
Public Cloud
A basic Linux desktop with 8GB RAM, an 8-core CPU, and 50GB SSD storage is billed at 3 EUR per day.
Adding another 8GB RAM, 8 cores, and 50GB storage will add an extra 3 EUR to your daily cost.
For Windows machines, there’s an additional 1 EUR daily fee, but if you bring your own license, this charge is waived.
NB Please note: the daily charge covers a 24-hour window starting at midnight, according to the local server time.
Private Server
Should you prefer predictable, fixed costs no matter how many desktops you spin up or the resources each one uses, you can opt to buy an entire server.
In this scenario, your only limit is the server’s physical resources—there’s no cap on the number or size of the desktops.

Reseller or volume discounts
Resellers and volume buyers can enjoy discounts of up to 80%.
This option typically suits businesses looking to:
- Integrate DaDesktop into your own product
- Resell the platform
-
Buy in bulk
On-premise
For on-premise deployment, the standard rate is 6 EUR per core.

Courses
With Public Cloud or Reseller plans, course billing goes to the Organization Owner and is based on the users who create desktops during the course period.
Trainers
- If a trainer is invited to a course, the organization owner bears the cost.
- If the trainer themselves creates the course, they get billed instead.
-
In short, whoever owns the course organization is the one who gets charged.
