Course Chat

Course Chat is a communication tool built right into the training room, allowing trainers, participants, and support staff to stay in touch about the course that's currently running.

Joining the course chat is simple: just head into the training room, and you'll be asked if you'd like to take part.

Whenever you want to jump back in, click the chat icon in the top-right corner of the training room.

After you click, the chat panel slides open on the left, with your course listed. You can turn on notifications—just toggle the option at the top of the chat window—so you'll hear an audible alert each time someone posts a new message.
