Purpose
Your use of the remote desktops is limited to course delivery, consultancy, and recruitment tasks.

Non-permitted use
The following activities are strictly forbidden:
- Hosting websites or other services
- Bitcoin mining
- Running performance tests
If our staff detect any of these, we will suspend the service immediately and no refund will be provided.
Guarantee and Service Layer Agreement
DaDesktop promises an uptime of at least 95%.
Routine maintenance, fixes, and upgrades will be scheduled outside hosted working hours 8 am to 8 pm local time (the time zone of the server's physical location in Hong Kong).
Data Safety and Confidentiality
This service is provided on an 'as is' basis, meaning DaDesktop does not assure the privacy or security of any data copied to the desktops. If you require those guarantees, we recommend using DaDesktop On-Premise.
Since the desktops are primarily intended for training, they aren't appropriate for handling highly sensitive information.
Access to the Remote Desktops prioritises ease of use over security.
Troubleshooting Recording
For troubleshooting, we may record activity on Course Desktops (including Fresh-start, Trainer, and Participant desktops).
Disclaimers of Liability - Indemnification
DaDesktop supplies the services on an 'as is' basis, with all faults and as available. Neither we nor our suppliers offer any express or implied warranties or guarantees about the services. Within the limits permitted by law, we and our suppliers disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, satisfactory quality, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or need, and non-infringement. We do not promise that any results from using the services will be effective, reliable, accurate, or meet your requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or use of the services (either directly or through third-party networks) at your chosen times or locations. No oral or written statement by a DaDesktop representative will create a warranty. You may have additional consumer rights under local laws that this contract cannot override. You use the services entirely at your own risk.
Your only remedy for any dispute with us or our suppliers is to cancel your account. In no event shall the aggregate and cumulative liability of us, our affiliates, and our suppliers to you for any and all claims relating to the use of the services exceed the total amount of fees, if any, you paid during the period in which such claims arose. We, our affiliates, and our suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability.
